B.I.A. desicion !!!!! LAST WEEK !!! THE B.I.A. through Echohawk ( Atty. , Pawnee ) FORMALLY STATED the Cherokee Nation NO longer exists!!!!! That neither THE Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma NOR THE united KEETOOWAH Band factually desent from the pre removal Cherokk Nation!!!!!!! *) FACT; the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma WAS TERMINATED TO CREATE THE PRSENT STATE of Oklahoma (1906 )!!!! *) FACT ;THE United KEETOOWAH Band WAS created in the 1950's, FROM self claiming FOLLOWERS of the nighthawk movement ( anti settler ). THIS grouping HAS produced the majority of goverment infiltrators of the red power movement!!!!!! FOOD for thought !!!!! Herein these FACTS are the reasons BOTH (and Eastern Band-remember this Band WAS NEVER LEGALLY NOR HISTORCALLY apart of the pre removal Cherokee Nation!!!!!!!!!!) have since the 1980's have met with federal and states OFFICALS (AND in writting) TO VIOLATE (even by FORCE) the legal rights of ALL those claiming Cherokee ( EVEN FREEDMEN )!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day: Just saw your listing (7-10-09) ; I heard it on N.P.R. in june: since then Chad Smith has posted an attack (june-30-09) on the Alabama Cherokee!!!!Remember I stated the two groups WARRING on OUR OWN KIND: breaking one of OLDEST TABOOS!!!!!!!!!!!

AND the WARRING ;I know from personal experience ( having seen the documents)!!!!!!!. Talk about Terrorism ; Talk about Violating Civil/ Legal rights!!!!!

ONE aspect of OUR future (" the trail ahead" ) prophecy IS that like the jews; WE will be hunted/persecuted FOR being Cherokee!!!! AT THE ELDERS conferance I was AT ( 70"s ) IN OKLAHOMA " nighthawks" stated they WOULD hunt down AND excute Cherokee ( remember post removal executions-O.K.-1840's ) ) once the nation was/is restored!

Red Thuner/Kanati/ Tsulkalu: The reasons for the future hunts are many AND varied::::: FORE THE Nighthawks::::: such WILL be against those who proclaim Cherokeeness; yet do not follow Cherokee ways:::: Religion AND OR Whitepath . Those who sell OR give away Cherokee rights (ie the land; sovernity? ) AND those who ARE Cherokee in name only!!!!! FORE THE WORLD AT LARGE::::::: We have clear title to the land : a FACT even THE U.S. supreme court aknowledges-- some 8 states ( LAND something the bible even" talks" about AND the basis of the woes from Israel TO Iran/Afghanistan!!!!The future U.N. WILL answer OUR woes- something some will not like)!!!!!
